What types of rooms do you offer?
We offer single and double rooms at two locations in Dransfeld.
All rooms are furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, bed linen, and access to a fully equipped kitchen and common room.
How does check-in and check-out work?
Key handover is flexible and arranged in advance – usually via a key safe system.
Check-in from 2 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. (other times possible by arrangement).
How much does an overnight stay cost?
Prices start at €25 per night per person.
We offer special rates for longer stays or larger groups – please inquire using the request form.
Is there parking available?
Yes, you can park for free directly at the buildings—also suitable for vans or small trucks.
Are there minimum stays or special booking conditions?
No, short stays are just as possible as longer bookings.
For long-term stays of one week or more, we will provide you with a customized quote.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
We provide bed linen.
You are welcome to bring your own towels or book them as an optional extra.
As a company, can I book several rooms at the same time?
Yes, of course.
We regularly rent to construction companies, craft businesses, and installation companies.
Simply let us know the number of people and the length of stay, and we will make you a suitable offer.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, both accommodations have free washing machines that you can use at any time.
Is there a cleaning service or interim cleaning?
Yes, we offer regular cleaning and linen changes on request – ideal for longer stays.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas.
